Weekend of Saunas, beer, a hole in the ice, beer, good company and beer March 6th 8th in the middle of nowhere. We take you there from Turku (of all places) on Friday and try to bring you back to Turku on Sunday.
As expected, management doesn’t have enough fingers, toes, or other bodily parts to count to 45. So for now, we’re putting people on the waiting list while we sort this out.

Return transport to and from the HITI venue from Turku
Two nights of accommodation in 2-5 person rooms, two breakfasts, dinner on Saturday with few drinks, bedding inc. sheets, runs and circles at the venue mentioned above, snacks in venue, beer, cider.
Sauna Village with 5 different saunas alternating during the weekend.
TOWEL (smoke sauna means dirty business, so do not bring your best hash towel as your only towel).
Transport to Turku and the pub there, prelube, postamble, costs at Turku...you get the picture

If you need to fly in on Friday afternoon/ evening, we’ll try to pick you up from the bus stop in Humppila.
The closest bus stop is Humppila lasitehdas, approximately 2 hours from Helsinki.
Distance Lasitehdas – Urpolan kartano is 6 km.
Likewise if you need to fly out Sunday afternoon, we’ll try to drop you at the bus stop.

Treat all participants, organizers, volunteers, and locals with courtesy and respect.
Harassment, discrimination, or any form of inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
2. Responsible Drinking
Participants are expected to drink responsibly. Excessive drunkenness, disorderly conduct, or inappropriate behavior due to alcohol consumption may result in removal from the event.
Underage drinking is strictly prohibited.
3. Safety First
Stay aware of your surroundings and follow trail markings to avoid getting lost.
Do not push yourself beyond your limits—know when to rest or seek help.
If you see someone injured or in distress, assist them or notify event organizers immediately.
4. Environmental Responsibility
Leave no trace—dispose of all trash properly and respect nature.
Avoid damaging plants, wildlife, or private property while on the trail.
5. Hash Traditions & Fun
Participate in the spirit of hashing—run, walk, enjoy the company, and have fun!
Circle traditions and rituals are part of the experience—join in, but respect others’ comfort levels.
6. Photography & Social Media
Photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional use.
If you do not wish to be photographed, inform the organizers.
Do not post inappropriate or offensive content related to the event on social media.
7. Zero Tolerance for Violence & Harassment
Any physical or verbal abuse, threats, or harassment will lead to immediate expulsion from the event.
If you experience or witness any such behavior, report it to the event organizers immediately.
8. Compliance with Local Laws
Participants must adhere to all local laws, including those related to alcohol consumption, behavior in public spaces, and traffic regulations.
Illegal activities will not be tolerated and may result in legal consequences.
9. Event Organizer Authority
Organizers have the right to refuse entry or remove any participant who violates this Code of Conduct.
Decisions made by the organizers regarding safety and conduct are final.

By participating in The Hole In the Ice Hash 2026, I acknowledge that hashing is a physically demanding activity that involves risks, including but not limited to:
Physical exertion that may result in injury.
Navigating varied and unpredictable terrain.
Possible encounters with wildlife and environmental hazards.
Consumption of alcoholic beverages.
I confirm that I am in good health and physically capable of participating in this event. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation and agree not to hold the event organizers, sponsors, volunteers, or any associated parties liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from my participation.
I acknowledge that the event may include the consumption of alcohol. If I choose to drink, I will do so responsibly and understand that I am solely responsible for my actions.
I also consent to the use of photographs and videos taken during the event for promotional purposes.
By ticking the box on the registration page, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Release and Waiver of Liability Agreement.
